Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake



Dry Ingredients :


1.5 cup- All purpose flour

1/4 cup - cocoa Powder

1.5 tsp- Baking powder

1 tsp- Baking Soda

Sieve this and keep it aside

Add a Pinch of salt and mix it


Wet Ingredients :


1/2 cup- Sugar

1/4 cup- Vegetable Oil

1 cup - yogurt

1 tsp - Vanilla Extract


Method :


Mix both wet and dry ingredients using a spatula.

Bake this in a preheated oven @ 180 degree centigrade for 25- 30 mins.


Preparation of Chocolate Ganache :


Add 1.5 cup of warm whipping cream in 3 cup of dark chocolate and then wait until in cools completely

Keep it in 2 equal parts


Preparation of Mousse :


Take 3/4 cup of whipping cream - Beat it until it reaches soft peaks.

Pour 1 part of cooled chocolate ganache and gently mix.


Process :


Cool and level the cake Spread some drops of sugar syrup.

Spread the mousse in the cake and refrigerate it for about 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs add the other half of the chocolate ganache and refrigerate for 5 hrs.So the cake gets set and you get clean slices.
